Si2 published the Mid-Year Review on August 21, with details on proxy season results and data about all resolutions that went to a vote through the end of July. The report also includes an analysis of the overall trends and an assessment of the impact of a November 2017 SEC Staff Legal Bulletin and its impact on the 2018 proxy season, with an eye to future impacts. AUGUST 22: Twelve proposals remain pending for the rest of 2018, including those about gun safety at American Outdoor Brands and antibiotics use in animal feed at Brinker International, both on Sept. 19, a lobbying resolution at FedEx on Sept. 24 and one about supplier pesticide use and pollinators at General Mills on Sept. 25. An election spending proposal is also pending for a vote on Sept. 20 at NIKE.
